Cancellation policy

Refund available up to 5 days before the check-in time.

The earliest possible check-in time is used as the reference point (depending on the reservation: 3:00 PM, 4:00 PM, or 5:00 PM). Therefore, a cancellation must be received before 3:00 PM, 4:00 PM, or 5:00 PM, 5 days before check-in, in order to meet the cancellation policy.

For later cancellations, only the cleaning fee and the tourist tax will be refunded.

Please note that the credit card provider's payment fee of 2.9% is non-refundable in any case.
